A word from Sébastien Imbert

I'm Sébastien Imbert, Marketing Director at Microsoft France. Microsoft has over 150,000 employees worldwide.

Respaid's mission is to use technology to responsibly solve the problem of small unpaid bills. Collection has been around for years, but we're in the business of innovating by reinventing this sector to facilitate the recovery of these small unpaid sums and minimize conflicts between companies.

What appealed to me about Respaid's solution, in connection with its responsible mission, is the possibility of extending it to subjects linked to corporate social responsibility (CSR). I found it extremely interesting and motivating to have systems in place to help families or companies find alternatives or concrete means of payment. It's a concrete approach to directly helping people in need.
